I can't get in touch with anyone
This company is sending me rude unprofessional emails and threatening content telling me I owe money. I explained to them via email that I don't know who they are and when did I take out the loan.
I got a response that told me I was ignorant and basically saying who did I think I was to take a loan out and not pay. I don't recommend anyone to use this company for a loan.
I am calling and calling can't get anyone just a automatic system. I asked the person who sent an email again just can you show proof of what I owe because of scammers and once again I don't remember taking a loan out.

Possibly Fraud
I'm calling the number and I cannot get in contact with anybody. I want to check my account because I keep getting what I'm thinking are fraudulent emails from a supposed cash advance and a possible lawyer, stating that I have a loan out and they're going to sue me. I'm trying to get a hold of somebody so I can check and see if I do have a loan out.
Preferred solution: To actually talk to somebody and see if I actually do have a loan out.

I got approved from the cash advance America and i was given a approval code and then the lady sara wilson said i had to make a service fee Of 200 which i did that and im going to be waiting for a email and never received the email at all. And now im out of my money

Can't do the support
Unfortunately, I can't provide support because I don't even have $1 to my name. I was supposed to get a loan and I had to borrow money to secure it.
Not receiving this loan this weekend has put me in very poor financial shape. I owe so many people; I can't even count.
Preferred solution: I want/need the $3200 loan I was promised by David Lawrence.

To see if i am dealing with a legit person or a scammer
I was finally able to talk to someone at the Miami office. These three gentlemen who have been offering me alone do not work for advance America as they said they did so Im assuming they are scammers and I let them know that they were scammers and not to contact me again.
So I really dont have problems with America. I have problems with people using advance Americas name and I dont know how advance can stop that.
But just got another email this morning from another guy who says hes gonna bring me alone I just sent it back to him and said youre not with advance America . End of story wasnt scammed because I took steps to make sure whoever is dealing with.

I kept getting emails. Although I sent a response they said they didnt and kept asking me to respond.

I received an email from a Shawn Shelton Advance America Acct Services (no address, phone or email) threatening me with a court date if I didn't make a payment toward services provided in 2021. These charges were discharged in a bankruptcy filed by me.
The discharge occured in May of 2022.
The representative I spoke with today told me this was not from your company as you would have included name, phone, etc. She also informed me that all info related to the Bankruptcy was on file with your company.

I was trying to call to report Fruad someone called me acting like cash advances America and style money from my bank account however I cant get through To no because it kept asking me for my phone number and things I dont have to have an account please call me 757992**** I have contacted my bank bower they got my account on watch and fraud alert also they will dispute the transaction after its not pending however I need to report this Im and upset and out of money that I did not have

Report scam
I had someone reach out that stated they where with advance america regarding a loan I was approved for. They asked for my banking information and I provided after I checked and confirmed advance america was legit.
It was a scam and had two fake mobile deposits sent to my bank which caused the bank to place on hold and then canceled my bank all together and my paycheck was on hold before they would send back to my payroll department.
I had no money for 2 weeks! I have the text messages I received and everything
